The current Power Comics universe is the Protostar Arc: the story of an impossible star, the people caught in its signal, and what happens when its power is forced into the world.
The science of an All Star

Al-Lzar and its original sun went supernova at the exact same moment. A third supernova joined the pattern and the combined signatures formed a new star.
The scientists call the phenomenon a Proto-Allstar because the three supernovas created an entirely new kind of star: an ALL STAR.
